Rwanda Negotiation Project - Reflection

Directions: Use the conflict you described in your "Emotional Balance" worksheet and apply the Workable Peace PEACE steps to it.

  1. Pretend you could go back in time and use the knowledge you gained from your Rwanda negotiation experience.
  2. Starting with the point at which you realize you were in a conflict, describe in detail the method you would now use to resolve the conflict.
  3. Use each letter of the PEACE steps to begin a new paragraph.
